grow Your Email List Via SMS

That’s exactly why the NFL, Southwest Airlines, Taco Bell and all those big name brands in between use a marketing tactic called “Text to Join” to help them grow their email list and capture the attention of their target audience.

Keep Your Sign Up Process Short and Sweet

Yes, Textiful gives you the ability to collect a TON of information from your customers, but remember to exercise some self-restraint here.

If you ask your customers for a long list of details when they’re signing up, chances are, they’ll get frustrated and abandon the sign-up process.

Bearing this in mind, make sure to ONLY ask for the information that’s relevant and useful to you.

If you’re running an SaaS tool, for instance, and you serve customers from all regions and countries, then there’s no reason for you to ask for your customer’s zip code.

And unless you’re selling a product or service that’s restricted to a certain age group, you probably don’t need to ask for your customer’s age, either.
