Next, select Start from scratch:

Then choose, Workflow:

On the next screen you’ll want to:

  • Select Event Triggered from the dropdown
  • Check Site Tracking and…
  • Enter the URL of the product you want to track!

Using our example, you’d want to add the URL for the entire Dresses category on your store, so any contacts who scope out your current collection are targeted here!

Once you’ve added the tracking code to your site, you can go ahead and build out the rest of your workflow with a combination of Send email and Wait actions:
